Questions before you book
Are you a Tesla or Rivian service center?
No. Alset Services is an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. or Rivian Automotive, LLC.
Will independent service void my warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty just because you had service or repairs done at an independent shop. It can deny a specific claim only if that work or those parts caused the failure.
My car is still under warranty. Can you help?
Repairs covered by the factory warranty should go to Tesla or Rivian, where they are paid for under the warranty. We can help with everything else: collision repair, tires, tint, accessories, inspections and repairs that are not covered.
What parts do you use?
OEM parts wherever they are available. If a part is not available as OEM, we explain the options and use an alternative only with your approval.
Can I choose my own shop for an insurance claim?
Yes. In Florida your insurer can recommend a shop, but it cannot require you to use one.
Which vehicles do you work on?
Tesla and Rivian vehicles only: Tesla Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y and Cybertruck, and Rivian R1T and R1S.
How much will my repair cost?
You get a written estimate before any work starts. Nothing is done without your approval.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You can send a service request any time and we will get back to you.
