Good to know
Questions before you book
My car says the 12V or low-voltage battery needs replacing. Is it urgent?
Treat it as soon as practical. When the low-voltage battery fails, the car may not wake up, unlock or drive, even with a charged high-voltage battery.
Can you fix a blank or lagging touchscreen?
Often, yes. The cause can be the screen, the computer behind it or its power supply. We diagnose it and give you the options.
What about problems that come and go?
Intermittent faults can take longer to track down. We may need the car longer to reproduce the problem.
