Pre-Purchase Inspections at Alset Services
Used EVs sell quickly, and the costly surprises tend to be a degraded high-voltage battery or accident repairs the seller did not mention. We check both, along with the rest of the car, and put the results in writing.
Battery health
High-voltage battery condition and fault history.
Prior accident evidence
Signs of earlier body or structural repair, repainting and replaced panels.
Suspension, tires and brakes
Wear, leaks, damage and alignment.
Thermal system and 12V
A/C, heat pump and low-voltage battery condition.
Cameras and driver-assist hardware
Camera and sensor condition and function.
Written report
Findings documented, with estimates for anything that needs repair.

Questions before you book
How long does an inspection take?
Plan on a few hours with the car at the shop. We will confirm timing when you book.
Where is the inspection done?
At our shop in Venice, so the car can go on a lift and be connected to diagnostic equipment. Ask us if the car is somewhere else.
What happens if you find problems?
We list them in the report with repair costs. You can use that to decide, or to discuss the price with the seller.
