Collision & Insurance Claims at Alset Services
After an accident most owners end up juggling an adjuster, a rental car and an estimate full of part numbers. We take that off your plate.
Claim coordination
We document the damage, write the estimate and deal with your insurer and adjuster directly, and request supplements if more damage is found during the repair.
Full teardown estimate
Damage is itemized before repairs start, so there are fewer surprises halfway through the job.
OEM parts
Panels, lights, trim and sensors are sourced as OEM parts wherever they are available.
Mechanical and electrical damage
Suspension, cooling, 12V and high-voltage components hit in the accident are inspected and repaired, not only the panels.
Cameras and sensors
Driver-assist cameras and sensors are calibrated and checked before the car goes home.

Drop-off or tow
Drive it in or have it towed to us. We take photos and note the damage at check-in.

Teardown estimate
We take apart the damaged area and write an itemized estimate before repairs start.

Insurance
We send the estimate to your insurer, work with the adjuster and handle approvals.

Repair
Body, mechanical and electrical repairs, with OEM parts where available.

Final checks
Cameras, sensors and warning lights are checked before you pick up the car.

Questions before you book
Can I choose where my car is repaired?
Yes. Florida law lets you pick the repair shop. Your insurer may suggest one, but it cannot make you use it.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with insurance companies and their adjusters directly. If you are unsure what your policy covers, send us a request and we will go through it with you.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on the damage, parts availability and insurance approval. We give you a realistic timeline after the teardown, and update you if it changes.
What if my car needs structural repair?
Some structural repairs have to be done at a manufacturer-certified collision facility. If yours does, we will tell you up front.
