About our business

Alset Services is an independent EV service and repair shop. We are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc., Rivian Automotive, LLC, or any other vehicle manufacturer. We plan to open for business on December 1, 2026. Hours once open: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Website

Content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are rough estimates only; a written estimate is provided before any paid work. We may update or correct site content at any time. You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, attacking, or submitting unlawful content).

Service requests and estimates

Submitting a request by web form, phone, text, or email does not create a binding appointment or contract until we confirm in writing and you approve a written estimate. We service electric vehicles (all EV makes and models). Paint protection film may also be offered for EVs, RVs, and boats. We do not perform mechanical service on gas or hybrid vehicles.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Alset Services customer care SMS.

Program description: Customer-care text messages from Alset Service LLC about your inquiries, callback requests, appointments, estimates, and EV service updates. No promotional blasts.

By texting our business number or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or person-assisted text messages from Alset Services about your inquiries, callbacks, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out you may receive one confirmation message.

Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI assistant

Calls and texts to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant that takes messages and answers common questions. A representative will call you back for booking and detailed estimates. Do not send payment card numbers by text.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and messaging service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alset Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
